1 How can I buy on the web?
Select the products you want and add them to your cart by clicking the "buy" button.
From the link "My Basket" you can review the selected products or off the list.
Once you've selected all the products you want, click on the "Make Order" to process the request through the shop. Through this link you will pass the registration form if you have not done it before.

In the order form you can enter your client code if you are already our client and review a statement with the selected products and their amount.

Also you can select the payment method you wish to use: on delivery, transfer or security card gateway securized bank by Autorize.net. And of course PayPal !

Enter your address and the address where you receive the order if different from the first, and click on the "Make Order" to be processed. Once clicked the link, the order is recorded in the computer system and begins the process shipping and handling.

 Finally, we show a screen with the summary of previous data, that will serve as proof of the order. Also you will receive a confirmation e-mail in the email box  that you provided. The invoice is your proof of purchase.

4 And if an article is not going well, can I change to another?
Of course, it is very simple:

- Put a copy of the invoice you received with the shipment.
- Indicate the product that you want to receive in return.
- Prepare a package indicating the following address:

- Take it to the post office.
- When we receive it, you e-mail indicate the amount of difference in our favor if you enclosed a check for that amount.
(the shipment of new product produces a transport fee. We can only accept unused product and original packaging)

5 And if an item I do not like, do I get my money back?
Of course. If an item does not satisfy you, you are sent a voucher that you can use on your next purchase. It's easy:

- Put a copy of the invoice you received with the product.
- Prepare a package indicating the following address:

- Take it to the Post office.
- When we receive it, we will send you a voucher for that amount that you can use at your convenience.(We can only accept unused products in perfect condition and in its original packaging).

6 How do I know I have received my order?
Once you have made your order, entering relevant data (name, phone, address ...) and complete your order and payment, you will immediately receive an e-mail confirming the correct reception of your order.

7 When will I receive my order?
You will receive within 2 working days (3 days for long distance).
If not available the item you want, you are immediately informed of the status of your package. You can always follow your order through the link we will provide you by email, with the Trucking Number

8 What expenses will I pay?
You only pay shipping for order placed, unless the amount exceeds a minimum, in which case the shipment will not cause transport costs. 
 shipping & handling fees are determined by order value, they will be calculated when entering your shipping address.

Orders of    $2.00 - $19.99 =  $ 7.00  s & h
Orders of  $20.00 - $49.99 =  $ 9.00  s & h
Orders over $50.00 = FREE Shipping
 
 Alaska & Hawaii:
Orders of    $2.00 - $19.99 = $ 20.00  for Alaska & $ 25.00 for Hawaii
Orders of  $20.00 - $99.99 =  $ 30.00 for Alaska & $35.00 for Hawaii
Orders over $100.00 = FREE Shipping
 
Guaranteed Next day service (48 contiguous states):
$2.00 - $20.00 orders – additional charge of $35.00
$20.00 - $150 orders = additional charge of $45.00
 
Normal delivery for the contiguous states is 3-5 days business days.
 
Sales Tax applies for Michigan ( 6%) and Missouri (8.241%).

It's easy. Only you indicate that you have a bonus to your advantage when making your request. And if you make your order by e-mail, send us the bonus you'd like to use.
